With one call, fax, e-mail or by filling out our online reservation form, Ride of Orlando can arrange ground transportation anywhere in the State of Florida from MCO (Orlando International Airport), Orlando Executive Airport, Sanford Orlando Airport, Daytona Beach International and Tampa International Airport. We can provide our clients with written confirmation by fax, e-mail or by phone. Our reservationists and dispatchers are trained to accommodate tight schedules and last minute changes.

Excessive Luggage
If luggage is excessive and can not fit in the limo, you will be charged extra for an additional vehicle, however we will not charge you full fare for the additional vehicle. We will charge only $25.00 each way for the additional vehicle in order to haul extra luggage. (In town transfers only)
No Shows / Late Cancellations
All no-shows and late cancellations are billed the minimum charge of the vehicle. Cancellation numbers should always be given and noted. The client is responsible to ask for the cancellation number when an order is cancelled. If you do not have a cancellation number, you will be charged for the minimum of the vehicle. Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours (eastern time) prior to the pick up time for pick ups originating at MCO & Orlando Executive Airport. Pick ups originating at any other airport must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the meet & greet time (eastern time).
